Understanding your equipment is essential for your success and safety in fly fishing, particularly if you're a beginning angler. The Equipment section teaches you about the various types of equipment that you'll need on your fishing trips. You'll even learn how to choose the most appropriate gear depending on the conditions under which you'll be fishing.
* To select a piece of gear, click on one of the labeled pieces of equipment. You'll go to a screen displaying slides of the equipment along with a text description. Click on a topic in the topics list to learn about different kinds of fishing gear. Click the Equipment Menu button to return to the previous menu.
* Click on the Introduction button to view an overview of fly fishing equipment.
* Select the Expert's Profile button for a video biography of John Bailey.
* To go back to the Main Menu, press the Main Menu button.
